Taker I'm going to need a character bio for your character (Luc will explain) and at least 1 enemy I can use for the stories (Luc will explain what's needed)

Power(s): Limbografication [The turning of one's own bones into makeshift weapons (blades, maces, etc.)]
Origin: Nothing is known of Slick before he joined O.I.L.

Well look who finally chose to show up. Anyway, thanks Sakura, I based William Slick of Albert Wesker from the Resident Evil series. He's pretty badass, even in the main canon stories he can take on heroes who are out of his league.
