You know my armor is still on, and you have to know what you're working with if you want to use alchemy to change it.

By the way I could have done that at any time, it's only my hand that's gone by the way and my armor is covering the wound.

Well Sakura is an alchemy user, she never mentioned once about knowing alcehestry.
