Its a good thing Zero didnt have his memory wiped because then Zeta would have teamed up with him and that would not have been good for any of you

With the invasion in one day and all he can't afford to keep you in surgery during it all so he's just going to give you an obedience collar or something, I'm still thinking of it.

Nope it wouldnt really they would use a type of machine that would transplant the last 9 days with say an attack on the ship in which he was knocked out then have Zeta fill him in on the war with earth

That makes sense actually, but there would be some obvious plot holes in that whole memory thing, All of us knowing Zero's name, The blade troopers being dead, Rana being missing and Mega, etc. I'm sure Zeta would have an explanation but you know...

True he could say they went on a scouting mission to the surface were attacked by Earth forces they were overrun he was injured and the lost contact with Rana after a battle with you thus giving him new power fueled by rage.

what im thinking is, we do what they did for Ganta in the manga. we have the worm evolve to give me a new power. i would still retain my old ones but i would gain one as well
